Pure luxe strawberry eyeshadow photos swatches and EOTD

From the 'bubblegum ballz' collection, Pure luxe eyeshdow in Strawberry is my all time favorite pink. It's bold bright and so pretty.

It's very bright, almost with a fluorescent finish. Think MAC stars n' rockets on Ritalin.

This color just puts me in a good mood. It's really fun and makes my eyes stand out. Definitely one of my all time favorites.

MAC Heritage rouge pigment swatches, EOTD and dupes

Heritage Rouge has got to be one of my favorite MAC pigments of all time. It's a very rich deep maroon color with a metallic finish.
It was originally released with the Overrich pigment collection in 2008, but have no fear it is still available at MAC pro stores.
It is really unique. It has equal parts purple, red and brown for an overall stunning color with a superb texture.
I've been hunting for an eyeshadow dupe in pressed form for a while, since I don't always have time to use messy pigments. I don't like pressing pigments either, they tend to crumble too much.
So finally I have found a few colors that are very similar in tone to heritage rouge.

Bourjois prune captivante is the exact same color, but it doesn't have the metallic finish. MAC play on plums is close but slightly more brown than heritage rouge. All of these eyeshadows look very similar when applied to the eyes.

My EOTD using heritage rouge:

If you check out my previous post on MAC play on plums mineralize eyeshadow duo you will see a very similar EOTD. They really are close dupes.

This color is just stunning for green eyes. It's a must have! It would look great with any eye color but it makes green just pop like nothing else.

For some reason I thought these two pigments might be similar, but they actually couldn't be more different.

Lithe was released with MAC's Fabulous felines collection 2010. It is a slightly shimmery gold color. It's very similar to Naked pigment, but I think it is a little bit brighter and more golden toned than naked. I can't compare swatches since I got rid of naked, it was too 'fleshy' and boring for me. Lithe is absolutely more intense.

Your ladyship was released with MAC's Antiquitease collection 2007. It is a very light whitened gold color with fine shimmer. It makes a really nice subtle highlight. It's vanilla pigment's little sister, with less shimmer and no pink iredescence.

Pure Luxe Alloy eyeshadow photos, swatches and EOTD

I really like using Pure luxe eyeshadows, they are really pigmented and offer a wide variety of unique colors. The price is right too!

Alloy is a rich deep gold color, part of the Heavy metalz collection. It's very very pigmented and has a strong metallic finish.

Alloy reminds me of NARS Balthazar duo. I think it's definitely a close dupe of the gold side. Check out my swatches of NARS Balthazar duo here.

MAC reflects antique gold glitter pigment photos & swatches

MAC reflects are pigment glitters that can be used anywhere on the body. Reflects antique gold is so pretty, it's a chameleon sparkle that changes from gold to bronze to green and red.
You can even use pigments in nail polish, and I am itching to try this one with a black nail polish.

This color is limited edition, but it is available at some MAC pro stores as well.

Swatched wet it really comes to life and has a very deep bronze tone:

I love to use this as an eyeliner color. I just wet my liner brush and it applies like a dream. It works even better with mixing medium. There is always fall out though, which is hard to avoid with any glitter.
