MAC devil may care mineralized eyeshadow duo swatches and EOTD

Devil may care is a limited edition mineralized duo from MAC's 2009 Magic, Mirth, and Mischief holiday collection.
The purple color is very pigmented and it has a pink sheen in some lights. It's truly beautiful. The silver is very chunky and sparkly, it is really hard to work with!

I did a swatch comparison of MAC kitschmas pigment beside the purple. Devil may care is much more vivid and deeper in color. They are in the same color family, but not anywhere near being a dupe.

Here is my EOTD using devil may care. I don't usually use light purple but this is just so pretty. Breakdown at the bottom of the post.

Eotd breakdown:
-GOSH waterproof eyeshadow base
-MAC devil may care (purple) all over the lid
-MAC satin taupe in the crease
-MAC devil may care (purple) as a liner on the bottom
-Cover girl liquiline black fire to tight line upper & lower lash lines
-Cover girl lash blast fusion mascara
-MAC devil may care (silver) to highlight the brow bone
