NOTD: wet n wild fantasy makers ghouly nail color

This is quite an interesting color! Sadly I don't know when it was released but I assume it's a special Halloween color. I found it while perusing a dollar store filled with random dusties from caboodles, NYC, and wet n wild.
Hunting for old & discontinued nail polish colors is so much fun!

Ghouly changes colors, from green to teal to purple. It really is very unique! In direct light it looks super bright grass green, but it wouldn't photograph well for me.

It's quite sheer and I needed 4 coats for it to look like this.
