Tobago is a very frosty brown color, that looks cool but is actually on the warmer side.I didn't realize just how frosty looking this was until I did swatches!
The frost in it really emphasizes any lip lines (I barely have any but it looks like I have old dry lips with this on!).It's probably best if you pair it with a gloss to keep your lips looking smooth and plump.
